Automatically select environment when there is only 1

When you select a project and there is only 1 environment, it should automatically redirect there.

Hey @seanmccann - The concern here is when switching environments. We don't want people to inadvertently switch to a production environment without realizing it.

What do you think would be a better solution? Right now, we currently support this ticket as requested, but only if you are currently on that same environment.

That is to say, if you are viewing the production configuration for that app, and switch to another app, you will be taken to the production view for that as well. If the second app doesn't have the environment, we kick you back to the environment selection page.
