My word isn't final - just cuz I object to something doesn't make it so! But I like to ask questions.

One critical note - we cannot just incorporate content others developed without their permission, or at very least by using content that has an explicit license allowing us to do so. If you want to incorporate that Github cheat sheet, please contact the author and ask him how to proceed.

If you just want to link to it, that doesn't require permission.
