Tester program

Tester program will execute user input code for a given challenge.

Tester program must be:

• scalable: scale to larger number of questions and programming languages
• optimize: It should be optimized to run user code
• return output to execution engine efficiently
• collect metadata for each test case (hard coded in tester program)
