Bash doesn't like exclamation marks in double quotes:
$ echo "oh no!" > index.html
-bash: !": event not found

Spotted these two little errors when helping @kateperris work through the tutorial on the 22nd of July.
I'm assuming that this aren't "by design" and that we want the commands in the tutorials to be 100% accurate, but please correct me if I'm wrong!
