[API] - Improve N+1 ReportUploadError Query resolve time #3399
Description
As per this investigation, https://www.notion.so/sentry/Coverage-Pulls-Tab-Cacheing-Project-19a8b10e4b5d80138e8ddf6a80b150a7, there are several resolvers that are likely taking more time than they should. This is an effort to investigate this one and figure out why.
This one seems to be an N+1 for Errors happening in two different places
Try to get rid of that N+1
