Note

Replaces exit 0 with exit across stage docs and updates completion and history tests accordingly.

• Docs/Stages:
  • stage_descriptions/base-04-pn5.md:
    • Remove numeric exit status; shell should terminate on exit without arguments.
    • Update example and test expectations to use exit.
  • stage_descriptions/completions-02-gm9.md:
    • Remove exit completion with numeric argument test.
    • Keep echo argument completion; add multi-arg example echo foo bar.
  • History persistence:
    • stage_descriptions/history-persistence-05-kz7.md and -06-jv2.md:
      • Replace exit 0 with exit in command sequences and expected history contents.
