Ability to close windows from Spaces

For management of open spaces, it would be nice not to have to go to the Spaces window, click a Space, click the "Switch to this space", then close the Chrome window.

FYI I started vibe-coding this one last night, but didn't finish (hardware issue).

My intention was to put a times-circle button to the right of the "switch to this space" button (or in the button panel). This should only be for open spaces that have become selected (so the user can see the tabs they are about to close in that window).

Furthermore, if it's an unnamed space, it should ask the user for confirmation before closing.

Lastly, it should result in a message being sent to background.js (since that's how the architecture works) and background.js should be the one calling the chrome.windows.remove() API.

Unit tests please to increase coverage where reasonable... I was using Copilot + Claude Sonnet 4 for this :)
