How to call ErrorCallbackFunction

hi,

It seems the code to get the MYSQL error is in the class, but I am not able to 
figure out how to use it/ call setErrorCallbackFunction.

If you can let me know how to use it, that would be great!

Supposing $db is an instance of this class, and 'kill' is a define function 
simply do this:
$db->setErrorCallbackFunction("kill");

What have you tried?

This may be related to an issue inside the __construct() function inside the 
class. I changed the try/catch block from this:

try {
    parent::__construct($dsn, $user, $passwd, $options);
} catch (PDOException $e) {
    $this->error = $e->getMessage();
}

to this:

try {
    parent::__construct($dsn, $user, $passwd, $options);
} catch (PDOException $e) {
        trigger_error($e->getMessage());
        return false;
}

Then simple use setErrorCallbackFunction to use echo:
$db->setErrorCallbackFunction("echo");

That seemed to fix the error display for me. I'll try to roll this into the 
code for the next update.

I just committed the fix for this issue. I don't think I'm allowed to created a 
new zip download file so you will have to check the changes out of SVN or grab 
them from here:
