Android 16 qpr2 doesn't work

Tried on latest pixel beta, doesn't work

• accessibility services | in device settings the app is not in the list to enable and in the app itself it already knows enabled
• notifications | in device settings shows that the app does not publish notifications
• nothing happens likely due to the above being broken

I couldn't test on the android version you mentioned. Hopefully it's fixed in #57 and #58. If the issue still persists, please open an issue again later.
