Description
I installed the ci4 settings project and I tried to get all my options, then it hit me, the cold dread of a missing feature.. oh no, there is no getAll() function! So... behold a pull request with a getAll() function implemented.
What has been changed, well not much, the getAll() function eventually ends in the backend to a getAllStored() function that gathers all handlers and collects all values in an array with a key based on the handler name.
Please let me know if its something you'd like to merge or if I should drop it.
Thank youu!!
