With recent merges, it cause conflicts with earlier PRs (#47, #50, #51). The three PRs will eventually conflicting to each other as well, because they touch either tools.md or jsonld.md.
This PR incorporate the essences of the changes from those PRs and also introduce few other fixes (also to the files tools.md and jsonld.md).
