Add Presentation Mode

As quiz master, I need to display the questions in read only mode eg for the video stream.

• I should not be able to choose an answer
• I should not be included as a player in the high score table

As a quiz master, I need to display the questions with the correct answer shown.

• i shouldn't be able to select an answer.
• I should not need to reset the quiz to access this mode

As a player, I need to see the questions with the correct answer, and with the answer I chose

• I should not be able to change my answer
