JavaDocs, JavaAPI.jar and BytecodeTranslator.jar Should make it into the release CI

Currently the release CI process doesn't build any of those. We need the new Java 25 level JavaDocs and the VM for easier deployment. This should all be included in the artifacts that get attached to the release. Not just pushed to maven central.
