Possibility to implement PushNotification in other Class instead Main Class automatically.

Actually, when I enable push notification using codename1.arg.ios.includePush=true and implementing in main Class implements PushCallback. The Notification Permission Dialog it appear firts that and explanation to the user.

This issue can cause a rejected in the markets by a tester because it's necessary to explain the user why you need acces to notification.

This permssion dialog your source code call automatically. it's best that the programmer decide when to call this to show and explanation to the user as required the markets.

You can invoke registerPush() in any class/location within the application. The only requirement is that the PushCallback will be on the main class. The thing that triggers the permission dialog in the registerPush call.

the problem is that when I start my app althought I don't call registerPush() your source code launch the system Notification pemission.

Makes sense. Since this is a risky change we'll defer this to next weeks release. This will match the Android behavior by default but we'll add a build hint ios.notificationPermissionAtLaunch which will default to false but people could toggle to true to restore this behavior.
