* Fixes parsing logic to correctly handle escaped single quotes (e.g. 'o''clock') and prevents exceptions when quoted strings are followed by non-pattern characters. * Adds support for pattern letters 'X' (ISO 8601 Timezone), 'Y' (Week Year), and 'u' (Day number of week) to prevent IllegalArgumentException. * Adds regression tests in SimpleDateFormatTest.java.

This PR fixes a bug in
SimpleDateFormatwhere parsing logic failed for quoted strings containing escaped quotes (e.g.,'o''clock') or when quoted literals were followed by non-pattern characters. It also adds support for the pattern lettersX(ISO 8601 Timezone),Y(Week Year, aliased toy), andu(Day number of week) to preventIllegalArgumentExceptionfor formats utilizing these characters (often found in newer Java APIs). New tests covering these cases have been added toSimpleDateFormatTest.java.PR created automatically by Jules for task 1369724177561185043 started by @shai-almog
