Since phoenix references this package from github, we need to ensure that the package-lock here is valid - but the currently references v1.0 references npm.codeo.co.za for a few things, which breaks installation on a clean machine.
This addresses that issue and also renames the namespace to
@codeo-zato match the namespaces of other codeo packages.
