cannnot add Codeplay's package signing key and APT repository

Dear developers,

Happy New Year! 

I was trying to install oneapi on ubuntu for AMD GPU, however it seems that the key of codeplay website is not void now, so I was not able to add Codeplay's APT signing key and repo. Whould you please have a look and fix the key?

Here is the error: "gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found."
