Save IDE state more periodically

When the IDE get killed/crashed, it does not restore to the previous state. This is because we don't always save its state.

• Save before running a program
• Save before running a task
• When minimal mode is enabled
• Every 5 minutes unless something else saved before. (?)

Will add more place when needed.

I might move the periodically saving to another issue, as this is non trivial.
