Face processor not working properly

I'm on Linux Docker 2.9.5 using Face Processor 1.12.3. I'm testing Face Processing via CPAI Explorer by submitting an image to recognize a face.

I haven't touched this module in a while and I remember it working in the past. Now, most images that clearly have faces are not detected ("No predictions returned"), and the ones that do, the face box is off center (i.e not on the face itself).

I can't replicate. Can you check if your browser is zoomed? Try a different browser?

Here is something very strange. It doesn't seem to work on a set of pictures taken with specific devices. Nearly all pictures taken with these devices are not recognized, but it works fine on pictures taken with other devices. I would need to take the same picture with all devices to 100% confirm this.

Can you please upload a picture where this happens? My guess is the meta data of the images from those devices is messed up somehow

I took a screenshot of one such picture. The original does not get recognized, the screenshot does.

I also removed all the metadata I could from the original using exiftool though this had no effect.

The screenshot is very different from the original image. If there was a way to produce an image that has any personal info removed, and that still fails, that would be good. Maybe hold a picture of a face (celebrity? whoever...) in front of the dodgy device, grab a picture from that, test and confirm it goes awry, then upload that. Then I'd have something to work with.
