Mesh issues fixed

@ChrisMaunder I've raised a PR to fix a Mesh issue I found when trying to offload my Coral to a RPi (Coral stuff does not play nicely with windows)... My C# is a bit rusty, so just 90% sure it is ok. I've tested the fix (Windows->RPi) and it seems ok. But must admit it was a quick-fix so i could get an updated CodeProject.AI.Server dll and play. Hope ok :-)
