2.9.5 on Windows 11 24H2 doesn't install service

Describe the bug
2.9.5 installer does not install a Windows service, nor does the server executable work when manually launched

Expected behavior
Service to be installed, launcher to work

The fix was to install the 9.0.2 version of .NET before attempting yet another re-install.

I already had 9.0.0 installed, but the installer in the above comment installs 9.0.2 and that resolved the issue of the CodeProject AI installer not working.

This is verified to be working. Previously with .net 8.0 SDK the app installs but crashes and fails to run as a service. Upon installing .NET 9 SDK latest, it installs fine and works!

Just to be clear: .NET 9.0 was installed, but CodeProject.AI installer would not install the service. Once you installed 9.0.2 everything was good?

Nope. SDK 8.0 was installed. Leading to CodeProject.AI installer not installing the service. It just finishes installation. And yes. Once installed the latest version of .NET 9 SDK, everything worked.
