Warning is displayed unnecessarily when vertex or bedrock is being used. Registry module should also explain how a user can configure bedrock.

I've created a pull request to fix this issue: #40

The fix checks for AWS and Google Cloud environment variables and only shows the warning if no cloud provider credentials are detected. This way, users with Bedrock or Vertex AI won't see the unnecessary warning message.
