This happens if the agent outputs the same repsonse the 2nd time

@matifali after investigating, I understood why this is happening.
This is probably the reason:

This is the output of two consecutive /cost (directly from calude code):

     Usage:                 0 input, 0 output, 0 cache read, 0 cache write

     Total duration (wall): 4.5s          # It changes from here
     Total code changes:    0 lines added, 0 lines removed
     Usage:                 0 input, 0 output, 0 cache read, 0 cache write

We see the first two lines missing as they are the same

     Total duration (API):  0s

and it breaks the logic tin the FindNewMessage, the FindNewMessage is responsible for finding the new text rendered on the terminal.

A simpler example would be (as you can see the loading dots, but the agent is not in running state.):
