Retracts v1.0.8 which was cached by the Go module proxy with an unresolved conflict marker from a cherry-pick. The fixed version is available as v1.0.9.

Bumps aibridge to v1.0.9, which forwards the `Anthropic-Beta` header
from client requests to the upstream Anthropic API:
coder/aibridge#205

This fixes the `context_management: Extra inputs are not permitted`
error when using Claude Code with AI Bridge.

Note: v1.0.8 was retracted due to a conflict marker cached by the Go
module proxy coder/aibridge#208. v1.0.9 contains
the same fix.
