Ask for key before message
Instead of API key failure on send message, we should optimistically check if authentication is possible for a workspace's selected model when that workspace is selected.
Authentication stealing
On first setup, we should ask if the user is OK with us finding API keys in the configs for Claude Code, codex, etc.
If so, we should eagerly copy those into our own config.
