Allow renaming / moving projects #2105
Description
Currently, if a user renamed a project on disk the Mux representation of the project would be confused with new workspace spawns failing. The on-obvious work-around is leaving a symlink from old_path -> new_path. But, we should allow for renaming / moving projects directly in the Mux UI.
