coder.coder-remote/log can grow quite large

Noticed this:

$ du -sh ~/Library/Application\ Support/Code/User/globalStorage/coder.coder-remote/log
1.7G    /Users/alehmann/Library/Application Support/Code/User/globalStorage/coder.coder-remote/log

I do not think we create this file anymore, currently we provide a coder.proxyLogDirectory setting which the user manages, so in this case, they can delete the log files as they see fit
