This is an (still incomplete) outline before I put an official script together. If you have requests like "be more specific", or "cover this in a later video", or "don't cover this at all", feel free to mention it.
Cleaned up the file so it's actually readable. Added some ideas. Still very far from a complete outline.

Looking great! There is a lot of solid content in here, which probably gives us a good starting point for the first few videos. For the intro only, I'd probably focus in on what exactly is machine learning and why should I learn this? (which you definitely have.) Any specifics should be split out into a separate video. General video/series structure still needs to be figured out, but I think following a "course" structure like Pluralsight videos is a good idea. This would mean lots of short, videos laser-focused on one topic, maybe grouped into chapters like below. |

I'm thinking that this section on its own would make a good ~1.5ish minute introduction

This section can be split out into a "Course Overview" video?
Each point here can possible become a group of videos (chapter), and each subpoint below can be an individual video. What do you think?
The start of a general course outline.
An attempt at a more focused outline.

These are a few (incomplete) ideas for the first machine learning video. I'm not sure what I want our primary focus to be for the series intro. Let me know how general of an introduction we want for this video and I can expand on it.
