feature request: full code review of repository #13

Hi,
A full review disregards any comments that CodeRabbit has already made on this pull request, and generates a complete review of the entire pull request.
I would like to suggest a similar command such as "full repository review" that takes into account the entire git repository, as it is.
Imagine you're a new user to coderabbitai.
There is pre-existing code.
How can you apply coderabbit? Except on future pull requests which only may be small code changes.
A "full repository review" would review everything, even beyond the PR.
