Addition of International scheme type

Due to changes in capital gains calculation and taxation for international mutual fund schemes, the current classification of only Equity and Debt is insufficient. We need to add a third category: International.

Yes. trying to figure out how to handle this. It has to be done in casparser-isin

Issue is to find a reliable source for categorisation; for eg:- as per AMFI, Motilal Oswal Nasdaq 100 FoF is tagged as "Open Ended Schemes(Other Scheme - FoF Domestic)" which may be correct as per SEBI (as the funds feeds from a domestic ETF), but not the correct tax category.
