Private, local-only deal sourcing tool. Scrapes motivated-seller listings (BizBuySell, Craigslist, LoopNet, Flippa), scores them 1–10 for seller motivation with the Claude API, and surfaces high-score deals through a local Flask dashboard and a daily email digest.
