Implement drag-and-drop functionality for organizing snippets #314

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
Currently, when creating new snippets that are related to older ones, they are placed at the bottom of the list, making it difficult to organize and manage related snippets effectively.
Describe the solution you'd like
Implement a drag-and-drop functionality in the list view of snippets to allow users to move snippets around. Additionally, introduce a hierarchical organization feature (Grandfather/Father/Son style) to nest related snippets under a parent snippet.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, there is no alternative solution within the plugin to organize snippets hierarchically or move them around easily.
Additional context
This feature would greatly enhance the usability of the plugin for users managing a large number of snippets.
