help with graphics

I'm trying to translate the text from the graphics into Brazilian Portuguese, but every time I edit the .png files, they become much larger than the originals, and I get an error when recreating the .tmh file.

If you can help me, I would be very grateful.

Try to optimize the images:

• Check the color count of the original and try to maintain it around the same.
• Switch to indexed palette (can't remember if this works)
• Try with another editor
• Make sure the pixel format stays the same (8bit, i think)

After 15 years i remember almost nothing of this project, sorry i cannot help more with it.

I want to create a patch using the 3990.tmh.enc file, but for that I need its ID, which is not present in the data_install.txt file.
