docs: keep the attribution footer only in _Footer The GitHub wiki was generated from the GitLab one, which repeats the attribution at the end of every page. GitHub renders _Footer.md automatically, so every page showed the notice twice. Regenerated from guide/tools/build_guide.py, which emits the footer once, matching the documented GitHub format.
