Bug: Link cannot be removed

It does not remove the a-tag when clicking the "unlink" icon.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to this codesandbox
2. Select the link and click the "unlink" icon
3. Link is not removed

Expected behavior:
Link should be removed, this worked in Editor.js v2.29.1
