What should the resource manage?

Install cursor and also manage it's settings and plugins:

Things to manage:

• plugins, add completions for this so it's easy for the user to find plugins
• mcp servers, from the docs it seems we'll need to manage the mcp.json ourselves
• settings, similar to vscode

Since cursor is so similar to VScode, let's re-use components from the vscode resource if possible. Look into overlaps and how to reduce duplicate code. Let's keep things DRY.
