Consider renaming the package

"Laravel Chunk Uploader" is not a descriptive name because it is not an uploader. The package does not upload anything to anywhere; it saves (or handles) the uploaded chunks.

This name was added when it was part of an other organisation and it was not changed when I transferred the project. However, the name of the project should be more descriptive and should be changed as soon as possible.

My proposed name is Laravel Chunk Handler.
