Add Hacktoberfest Topic & Tags #7
Description
This year's hacktoberfest requires the repository you contribute to contain the topic of 'hacktoberfest' and to have any PRs be tagged with 'hacktoberfest-accepted' for your contributions to be accepted by the maintainers of the event. Can we have them added? I've got some Oracle & JDK stuff coming shortly.
