Add Svelte 5 support

I just saw that maintenance has begun again on this repository, which is great !

In the mean time, Svelte 5 released (almost a year now). Someone already opened an issue before (see #771), but closed since there was no path to maintain it at the time.

I'd be interested in creating a PR if you are ok with it. Let me know !
