Placeholder support for Input

Add placeholder prop to Input.vue

Might investigate binding props v-bind="$props", which would avoid any future prs like this one. This is something done throughout gooey from published shadcn components. My only concern is binding props we don't want to such as in this case; modelValue and defaultValue.
