Standardize changelog design structure

Summary

Successfully standardized the entire changelog page to have consistent design structure throughout. All entries now use the Update component format with uniform section headings, consistent date formatting, proper RSS metadata, and standardized bullet point styling.

Changes Made

Consistent Structure Applied:

• ✅ All entries converted to <Update> component format
• ✅ Standardized date format: "Month Day, Year" (e.g., "December 20, 2025")
• ✅ Unified section headings: ## New features, ## Improvements, ## Bug fixes, ## Cleanup, ## Security, ## Documentation, ## Configuration
• ✅ Consistent tags: ["New releases", "Improvements"] or ["Improvements"]
• ✅ All entries include RSS metadata with descriptive titles
• ✅ Used <Note> component for special notices (v1.0.0 and v0.1.0)
• ✅ Bullet points consistently use * instead of -
• ✅ Proper indentation for nested bullet points
