Is it possible for this plugin to recognize dynamically added menu items? I'm loading all of my menu content via JSON.

@NetOperatorWibby @botelho any other ideas on how to do this... or how can I open the menu?? I've tried PushMenu._openMenu() and that isn't working... I want to fire that method when something else happens without using the trigger handler.

@dapinitial I have not gotten dynamic content addition to work. I imagine I'll have to add the listeners in manually after the content loads. I did manage to figure out how to programmatically navigate the menus. It turns out that triggering the anchor elements themselves does not work, nor does calling the PushMenu functions. You need to trigger the anchor containers in order to get your desired behavior. The code below will open the menu after the page loads.

I removed the setTimeout as that was just a quick fix since I knew the DOM wasn't loaded yet. My current approach is to wrap my stuff in a named function and then called that named function when the view is finally initialized. I don't really use jQuery too much but trigger.parent.trigger('click') seems weird to me. It's almost like you want to listen for when the parent is clicked instead of a child object... in which case it sounds like some event bubbling is occurring... Likely you are experiencing issues with the DOM not being created yet and you're making your calls and it's failing. It's hard to tell from this end. Maybe throw it on a codepen or jsfiddle?
