Trouble installing

Hi! thanks for the great demo. super fun and cool to learn from. I'm trying to download the source and play with it. I get a bunch of issues when trying to install. I think because of parcel? I've tried cleaning cache, updating node to the latest, and starting from scratch.

Any ideas on how to fix?
