feat: add NZRT Wiki API to ecosystem

NZRT Wiki API - pay-per-query knowledge API serving NZRT Network vault content via x402 micropayments on Base.

What it does

AI agents call endpoints to fetch structured wiki notes across 8 knowledge domains (Blockchain, Infrastructure, Kubernetes, TOGAF/EA, Nextcloud, Dolibarr, WordPress, GitHub). Each request costs 0.001 USDC, paid automatically via x402. No API keys, no subscriptions.

Notes
