feat: ecosystem add trustalabs attestations

Description

Trusta.AI designs models to analyze on-chain behaviors and build open, verifiable identities for users and agents.
These identities enable users to issue various on-chain attestations.

Previously, Trusta Attestation required users to obtain a signature via the website and interact directly with the smart contract to pay ETH for publishing an attestation.

Now, Trusta Attestation integrates the x402 API, allowing users to publish attestations by paying in USDC on the Base chain through a simple API interface.
