Update Heurist ecosystem projects

Description

• Heurist Deep Research is removed from x402 service list. This service is going to be deprecated
• heurist-mcp-portal folder is renamed to heurist-mesh to reflect the product name. The contents are not changed.
• Heurist Facilitator is added

Tests

Run pnpm test from the /typescript directory

The JSON formats are reviewed and ensured to be consistent with other facilitator metadata.
