CodeGraph fails with 'UNIQUE constraint failed: nodes.id' in projects
with duplicate filenames across directories. It should use full file paths
as IDs, not just filenames.

Duplicate of #11 — fixed in PR #21.

The node ID already uses full relative paths (sha256(filePath:kind:name:line)), so cross-directory collisions weren't the cause. The actual issue was tree-sitter producing duplicate extractions for the same symbol (common in C/C++ with typedef structs, and in projects with barrel files/re-exports). Fix: INSERT OR REPLACE INTO nodes so duplicate IDs are handled gracefully.
