Support Uninstall

Now I've to update claude/opencode/codex config one by one if I want to uninstall it.
Need auto uninstall feature for this.

I'll take a look at this. The "codegraph uninstall" command is supposed to take care of this, but I'll take another look.

Thanks for flagging this — you were right. I've added a proper codegraph uninstall command that removes CodeGraph from every agent it's configured on (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, opencode, Hermes) in one step. It asks whether you want to clear the global or just the project-local config up front, and reports which providers it actually removed it from so you can see what it hit.

Merged in #318 — it'll ship in the next release (0.9.3). Appreciate you bringing this to my attention!
