feat: add Flex fullscreen display mode and None mode#7

Adds DisplayMode.Flex (fullscreen show-off view with a huge earnings figure, full workday stats, and decorative background animation) and DisplayMode.None (widget hidden, tray icon only), wired through the tray icon, context menu, and Settings window. Also fixes Settings/About windows being hidden behind the fullscreen Flex widget by making them topmost-owned when AlwaysOnTop is on, and updates the tray tooltip to show live earnings.
