The framework project has been rewritten from scratch, with some code being migrated. The most notable change is that the framework only defines two classes, NOServer and NOStore. The new NOStore replaces NOAPI and NOAPICachedStore. The old NOStore functionality is now implemented by NOServer's delegates. The old example server and client are now gone. Also, NOResourceProtocol no longer exists.
